The property has been demolished and an apartment block built on the site. The First Survey card records: ‘2/Sty house. Roof slated, gable ends. Decor. barges. Twin corbelled eaves. Chimneys rendered & mld. Wall rendered, lined & painted. 5F/FL. D/H windows, no astrags, mld. architrave, blocked corners mld. F/FL. sill course. 2 single/sty segmental curved bay windows, flat roof, blocking course & dentilled cornice. D/H windows in each, no astrags. pilaster mullions & sides. Central doorway framed with 2 Doric columns, segmental curve on lintel frieze & dentilled cornice. Segmental arch head to plain fanlight above panelled door. Condition fair. Front about 30 ft. Suggest late 19c. Date of visit: 8/7/73'
