The building has been demolished and commercial premises built on the site. The First Survey card records: ‘2/sty block of shop & house. Roof asbestos slates. Chimney rendered. Wall rendered, lined & painted, bevel base. Front has 4 F/FL. D/H windows no astrags. 5/C arch head. Gr/FL has 3 bay shop front & doorway to house all under cornice & signboard frieze & sunshade over shop front. latter has 2 shop windows & central doorway framed & divided by panelled pilasters. Doors panelled, plain fanlight. "E. Campbell" on signboard. House door panelled with plain fanlight & framed with panelled pilasters, 3 steps up. condition fair. Front about 25 ft. Date of visit: 30/12/74'
