The building has been demolished and replaced with the Altona Manor apartments. The First Survey card records: '2/Sty house. Roof slated, gable ends. Chimneys rendered & mld. Walls rendered & painted. Eaves cornice & frieze. F/FL raised quoins & sill course. Gr/FL V-jointed with pilaster quoins. Gr/FL sill course & mld. base. 5 F/FL & 4 Gr/FL D/H windows, no astrags. mld. architrave, bevel keystone & corbelled sill. Central doorway with pilaster sides, entablature & cornice hood framing plain fanlight above panelled door. 2 steps up with mld. kerb curving outwards with end piers supporting vase. Condition poorish with signs of reconditioning about to start. Front about 35 ft. Suggest mid 19c. Date of visit: 18/7/73'
