The building could not be located, no grid reference was given in First Survey record. The First Survey card states: 'Block of 2 houses now used as one house in 2 sections. L/H single/sty. R/H 2/sty. Roof slated. walls rendered & white washed. Chimneys rendered. L/H section has 2 casement windows with central projecting gabled porch. Decor barges. Sheeted door. R/H section has 2/sty gable, decor barges & projecting gabled porch as L/H section. D/H windows, no astrags, on each side & above porch. Condition fair. About 32 ft frontage. Suggest mid 19th c'
