Pair of two-bay two-storey houses located at west side of Marine Parade. Each has pitched natural slate roof and roughcast walling; windows are replacement timber framed 2/2 sliding sash. No 35 is abutted on right by single-storey gabled porch. The houses have been renovated in recent years and interiors modernised, leading to some loss of character. The pair was not listed during the first survey and still does not meet the listing criteria.
