Exterior Description And Setting


Detached three-bay two-storey rendered house, built c.1870, facing west and set in its own grounds at the end of a long avenue to the east of Shore Road. Now demolished and replaced by a two-storey military building, built c.1980. A former stone and brick outbuilding still remains to the north of the present building. The First Survey card has no detailed information.
