The terrace has suffered extensive material and plan alterations during the twentieth century and is not deemed to meet the criteria for listing.

The terrace has suffered extensive material and plan alterations during the twentieth century and is not deemed to meet the criteria for listing. It was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed .
