Exterior Description And Setting

A single-storey building designed by Shanks and Leighton c.1965. The building comprises simply detailed flat-roofed blocks in grey block with deep fascia. The building was not listed during the first survey and subsequent additions in recent years have detracted from the original character, therefore it is still not worthy of listing.
