The first survey card describes this building as “A pair of Mid 19thC houses, each three storeys with rendered walls and slated roofs. Double-hung windows, moulded impost course to ground floor continued as stepped hood mould over dors and windows. Moulded architraves, consoles and cornices to first floor windows. Squared moulded architraves to second floor windows. Cill course. Building is surmounted by a balustrade of semicircular arches over moulded eaves cornice and plain frieze. No 30 is inappropriately shopped. Four windows wide”. Secondary Sources 1. 1st survey card dated 5 November 1969.
