The HMMB first survey card state “ Early 19thC warehouse, used as a grain and seed store. Four floors high of granite rubble with dressings and slated roof. Two windows are placed either side of a doorway on ground floor, all with V-channelled jambs, ellipitical arches. Heads with key-bnlock. Replacement vehicle entrance. Three windows to each upper floor with monolithic granite jambs and lintel. Loading doors at different level. Poor condition”. Secondary Sources 1.HMMB survey card dated 14th November 1969 2.
