Demolished and replaced by a new house. Described in the 1st Survey in 1979 as "Single storey, 3 bay. Two jamb wall chimneys. Slated with oversailing gables. Gabled porch. Roughcast with smooth plaster moulded architraves. Double-hung sashes."
