Exterior Description And Setting


Demolished and replaced by a new house. Described in the 1st Survey in 1974 as "Single storey L-plan cottage. Roof corrugated iron; gable ends; plain barges. Brick chimneys. Front wall of dry dash; gable rendered and painted. Front has 6 double hung windows; no astragals; plain band surround. Gabled porch between windows 2 and 3; slated roof; plain barges. Doorway has segmental arch head enclosing sunrise fanlight over sheeted door and plain sidelights. Condition fair. Front about 62 feet."
