Exterior Description And Setting


A development of two-storey terraces laid out in parallel blocks, with flat or monopitch roofs, along with a group of semi-detached houses in similar style, all in rustic brick with concrete surrounds to windows and doors. Windows are rectangular timber fixed lights with top-hung vents, varying from white painted originals to stained replacements of different pattern; some later arched windows also introduced. SETTING: The estate is pleasantly landscaped with lawns and some mature trees.
