Exterior Description And Setting

Demolished to make way for a landscaping scheme. Described in the first survey in 1970 as "A three-storey five bay house built of coursed rubble blackstone with two bays now stuccoed and shopped. The hipped roof is slated. All windows but three on first floor are plain sashed. The panelled street door is surmounted by a flattened fanlight. The shop is plain. A narrow entry with rough stone voussoirs leads to rear."
