Exterior Description And Setting


Nos. 30 and 32 are a pair of red brick semi-detached, two-storey, two-bay houses with yellow brick details, with slated roofs, rebuilt red brick chimney; rectangular timber sliding sash windows, 1 over 1 and 2 over 1, with horns; doors are rectangular timber panelled and diagonally tongued and grooved sheeted. West gable of no. 32 is roughcast rendered. No. 28 has been demolished and replaced by three new houses. SETTING: The buildings stand as part of a terrace facing the main street with modern pavings in front of nos. 28a, b and c.
