Exterior Description And Setting


A two-storey, 9-bay terrace with slated roofs; rendered walls, with quoins to extremities; a former central coachway entrance with elliptical arch has been blocked up and contains a new window. Windows to nos. 26 and 28 retain original timber sashes, 2 over 2, with horns, but the remainder have modern fixed lights with top-hung vents. No. 30 has the ground floor shopped containing modern timber framed windows. Three chimneys remain, in red brick; one chimney removed. SETTING: The buildings stand facing the main street of the town.
