Exterior Description And Setting

Two storey rendered building with decorative detailing. Cement rendered walls and vermiculated quoins to street frontage. Banded rustication to ground floor, platband at first floor cill level and projecting eaves course. Rendered bracketed parapet over, with concrete balustrade and colonettes. Two modern stained doors to ground floor at right, and two modern sliding sash windows to left. Three similar windows to first floor.
