Exterior Description And Setting


Demolished to make way for the new road. Described in the first survey in 1969 as 'c1880. Three 2-storey houses with attics. The walls are rendered and the roofs are slated. Bargeboards of dormer windows are decorated and a building at rear has very ornate bargeboard. D/H windows with horiz. G.g. are set in openings with moulded arrises. Doors are flanked by plain pilasters rising to consoles supporting cornice. Modillions to plain eaves cornice. Decorated ogee gutter. 7 windows wide.'
