Exterior Description And Setting


A 2 storey 2 bay wide building with shopfront. A narrow fronted with almost symmetrical shopfront comprising 4 panelled door with fanlight to 1st floor, a narrow pier, a large shop window divided into 4 vertical round headed panes, and panelled shopfront. All the elements have pilasters with name fascia extending over window and doors, framed and with cornice, good painted lettering. At 1st floor 2 double hung sliding sash 4 pane windows, corbel course with ½ round metal gutter and 1 downpipe. Wall brickwork painted, natural slated roof. Chimney stacks at each end. House No. 75 has a much higher roof. House has basement. House is one of terrace of 3 in a longer terrace.
