Exterior Description And Setting


A 2 store, 2 bay wide modest terrace house with shopfront. A narrow fronted house with panelled and top glazed door with fanlight, narrow brick pier, an aluminium framed 2 pane shop window set in surround. Over door and window a long modest name fascia with painted letters (hairdressing business). Name fascia extends beyond door and window and has a thin moulded frame. At 1st floor 2 no. 8 pane windows, top vent opening out. To left hand side a small projecting sign. ½ round metal gutter, slated roof and chimney stack at each end of ridge. House has basement. Wall brickwork, unplastered and painted giving pleasing texture. House, middle of terrace of 3 within a longer terrace.
