Exterior Description And Setting


A single semicircular span carries a two-lane road over a stream. Voussoirs of dressed sandstone. The remainder of the bridge is also of dressed sandstone blocks brought to courses. The parapets have saddleback copings and their ends make quarter turns to the ground. The stones on the upstream (N) parapet have been dislodged by a car. A metal pipe is carried across the upstream face. Recess on this parapet to access pipe.
