Exterior Description And Setting

A single skew semicircular span carries a two-lane road over a stream. Although the bridge is skew, the soffit stones are laid orthogonally. Voussoirs of dressed sandstone with rusticated keystones. Abutments of dressed sandstone blocks. Spandrels and parapets of squared sandstone rubble. The latter are coped with large pitched blocks and have square terminal piers with slightly raised rusticated caps. A metal pipe is carried across the upstream (W) face.
