Exterior Description And Setting


A semicircular span carries a two-lane road over a river. Of sandstone throughout. Spandrels and parapets of random blocks. Finely dressed voussoirs with rusticated keystones. Parapets coped with large finely-dressed blocks, with rusticated middle and end stones (three coping stones replaced with concrete on downstream side). A metal pipe is carried across the upstream (W) face.
