Exterior Description And Setting


A small semicircular span carries a one-and-a-half lane road over a stream. Of sandstone throughout. Abutments of dressed blocks laid to courses. Spandrels and parapets of random blocks. Similarly detailed sloping splayed wing walls to each side. Parapets coped with concrete. A metal pipe (part of which is now missing) is carried across the downstream (W) face.
