Exterior Description And Setting


A symmetrical single-storey / two-bay roadside gate lodge aligned SW-NE at the N of Killyvilly Td. Roof is hipped terracotta tiled with tiled ridge pieces and a red brick chimney to centre. Eaves are boxed and rainwater goods are gone. Walls are lime rendered over random rubble stone. Principal elevation faces NE. Central door opening with remains of a semicircular door frame. To either side is a Gothic-headed window with stone cill. Left and right elevations are blank. Rear elevation has a window opening (now boarded with sheet metal) set to right end of left bay.
