Exterior Description And Setting

Two storey / two bay house set in a terrace and facing the sea on Osborne Promenade. Pitched artificial slate roof with unpainted rendered chimney to right end of ridge. Front pitch of roof has two modern skylights. Half round plastic rainwater goods. Front elevation faces SW and is lined rendered and painted. All windows have painted granite cills. Left bay has a modern stained timber door with plain semicircular headed fanlight over. Ground floor right bay has a modern 1/1 stained timber casement window. The two first floor windows are 1/1 exposed box sashes. Left gable is abutted by adjoining building 8 Osborne Promenade HB16/12/003A. Rear elevation was not inspected. Right gable is abutted by adjoining building 6 Osborne Promenade HB16/12/023A Small area to front of house is enclosed by a cement rendered dwarf wall.
