Exterior Description And Setting

A two-storey, single bay house aligned E-W with E gable to the road. Pitched natural slate roof with tiled verges and red brick corbelled chimney to the left gable. Walls are lime-rendered random rubble. Principal elevation faces N. To right end is a windbreak porch with pitched natural slate roof, timber bargeboards and t+g sheeted door to face. Left and right cheeks are blank. To its left is an exposed box window with granite cill. Aligned above is a similar window, its head is at eaves level. Left gable is blank. Rear elevation has ground floor window opening to right. First floor has two window openings. All have brick dressings and are detailed as those to façade. Right gable is blank.
