Exterior Description And Setting

It was impossible to identify the circle formation of stones. Individual and groups of stones could be identified. The field in which they are located is covered in tall gorse. The stones seen are varied in height from 450mm to 1000mm. The field containing the stones is the 3rd up from the Banagher Road, W side and adjacent to the owner's house.

These stone circles or standing stones are not identified on the early O.S. Map but O.S. Map 63-1 Londonderry 2500 scale does show them. The O.S.
