Exterior Description And Setting


A single segmental skew span carries a one-and-a-half lane road over a stream. Of sandstone throughout. Abutments are of dressed blocks laid to courses. Finely dressed voussoirs with rusticated keystones. Remainder of bridge is of random sandstone blocks. Soffit stones are laid orthogonally. The parapets are coped with larger blocks, the middle and end ones of which are raised and rusticated.
