Exterior Description And Setting


An intact lime kiln on south side of lane to east of main road. Of dry-built granite rubble fieldstones. Single pot is now largely infilled. Draw hole faces to lane. Whin stone (on which whins/gorse pounded for cattle fodder) on east side. A field wall runs off at the rear. No ramp.
