Exterior Description And Setting

A reinforced concrete pier carried on a framework of reinforced concrete members including angled braces and cylindrical piers. Setting: the pier is situated on the shore of Larne Lough in a generally rural location, within the area of a cement works with generally utilitarian industrial buildings nearby.
