Historical Information

Appears on OS map of 1857 marked as a gate lodge, apparently in connection with the Magheramorne House which preceded the present one. Superseded as a gate lodge when the present Magheramorne House was erected in 1880. References - Primary Sources 1. OS Map 1857, Co Antrim 41.
