Exterior Description And Setting


This building has been demolished and replaced by a shopping centre. It was described in the first survey in 1970 as 'A two-storey house with rendered walls and slated roof. Ground floor windows have plain sashes; some windows on the first floor have full glazing bars. The door is modern, the rectangular fanlight is plain. There are quoins at extremities of building, block surround to doorway and eliptical arch with tympanum. Five windows wide. Character of façade is almost gone.'
