Described in first survey of July 1970 as: “Late 19 century, two cottages with harled and whitened walls and slated roofs. The sheeted doors are centrally placed and flanked either side by a double hung window with full g.b. The house adjoins a corrugated iron outbuilding.” Appears first on the Ordnance Survey Map of 1905. Reference: OSS 1905
