Exterior Description And Setting

Long single storey whitewashed gabled terrace consisting of a house (or cottage) with attached out buildings, all set back from the Victoria Road, west of Ballyhalbert. The house is roughly in the middle of the terrace and has an off centre timber panelled door with a sliding sash and case window with vertical astragals to the right and a further two to the left. The out house to the right (SE) has three door openings and a dilapidated Bangor blue slated pitched roof, whilst the out house the NW has one door opening with a corrugated asbestos pitched roof. The house itself has a pitched roof with Bangor blue slates, four rendered chimney stacks and a cast iron gutter.
