Exterior Description And Setting


Demolished. This building was recorded on the HMBB survey card of 1969 as 'c1850 house of 2-storeys with slated roof and rendered walls. Raised quoins. 2-storey porch flanked with single-storey bays to front elevation, crenellated bay to side. Entrance framed with moulded pilasters rising to entablature and blocking course, all constructed of granite. Patterned g.b. to porch (G.F.) and frontal bays. Very poor condition. Side bay added after 1861. 40' main frontage. Appears on O.S. map of 1861 without side bay.'
