Exterior Description And Setting


A one and half storey/ three bay farmhouse facing south. Roof is gabled and has natural slates. Four equally spaced cement rendered chimneys. Three gabled dormers (with pinnacled fretted bargeboards) to façade and slated modern extension to rear. Cement rendered walls. South elevation has off-centre porch towards right end of middle bay; rendered and decorated with pebbles. Each bay has a 2/2 sliding sash window to ground and to first floor, all in line.
