Exterior Description And Setting


Single storey house raised on stilts, with gabled concrete tiled roof, facing south west. South west elevation has off centre projecting porch (segmental head) with door recessed (also segmental head). Circular windows on either side of door with green painted ‘zigzag’ cement surround (with blue and white dots and segmental cills). Right gable has single casement window to left and projecting circular chimney to right tapering to single chimney pot with projecting blue and white details. Left gable blank. Rear elevation has lean to extension on left side with three windows (one circular) to right gable and door to rear. Garden contains a pair of large decorative kangaroos. Walling and gates decorated as the house.
