Exterior Description And Setting


A single storey/ three-bay house with outhouse on both gables, all facing east. Gabled roof with slates (both natural and artificial), and rendered random rubble chimney on party wall between first and second bays. Walls of outhouse at left and first bay of dwelling of coursed squared granite rubble. Remaining walls of random granite rubble. All walls are lime washed. North west elevation of dwelling has sheeted timber door to right of second bay. All windows to dwelling are sliding sash. Single 2/2 window to bay at left, 3/3 margin-paned window to left of second bay. Third bay has had its window enlarged to form shed door. Two fixed-pane windows to north west elevation of outhouse at left. Sheeted t+ g boarded door to outhouse at right. North east gable (of outhouse to left) has corrugated iron sliding doors.
